King bed only top/bottom sheets can be hired - enquire with office staff A Deposit is required at time of making booking There is a Three Hundred refundable bond that will be added to your booking when office staff process it. This will be refunded 7-10 Business days after departure, if there are no damages/problems. EDITH'S is a 2 bedroom holiday home on the Esplanade that accommodates up to 6 guests with magnificent views of the bay! Open plan kitchen with microwave, electric stove top, electric oven, fridge/freezer, airfryer, Breville coffee machine (BYO Beans), dining, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioning, combustion heater (BYO wood) TV, DVD, radio, CD player. Bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c. Laundry with a front loading washing machine. Front verandah with outdoor setting, gas bbq, plenty of room for parking and the boat, fish cleaning facility. Bed configuration - bed 1 - King Size( see below note), bed 2 - Queen Size bed and1 x Single Bunk bed. Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels. (please note you can hire king bed top/bottom sheets for the main bed, enquire with office staff-you will still need to take pillow cases and all other linen) No smoking inside Garage not for use DOG FRIENDLY - fully enclosed rear yard CANCELLATION POLICY- more than 30 days before arrival-full refund / within 30 days of arrival no refund except cleaning fee and security deposit.
