New-built house with great insulation! AIR-CON in living area and Ceiling fan in bedroom plus an electric blanket in bed. *Please note that the flat is attached to the main house, so that noise may be heard through the door. Really comfortable area in the entry of Stanthorpe. In front of the golf course which located only a min walk. Spectacular view on the back with lots of Kangaroos around sometimes. Easy 5 minute drive to the main street where are lots of cafes and restaurants around. You will get entire space on your own. Kitchen with portable induction cook top and electric frypan also a rice cooker. Everything doesn't need to be shared. Good size living area with dinning set. Private shower and toilet. Good size bedroom with queens size bed. *Notice: The washing machine is only for monthly long term tenants. Baby in the house. My little new born and two-year-old babies sleeps through the night, so it wouldn't be a noise matter during sleep, but you may hear them during the day.
Welcome to Stanthorpe. We've been living in here for 8 years. We are nice and easy to talk to. Don't hesitate to contact us if there any problems.
For the wine lovers, there are 60 up wineries in the area. You are more than welcome to join the winery tour in the information centre in town or you can go self tour. For the hiking lovers, 30 minute drive to Girraween National Park,45 minute drive to the Bald Rock (one of the biggest Granite Rock in Queensland).
