Located an easy 10 minute walk from the main street of Smithton, Guesthouse on Grant Street is a stylish and cosy, self contained unit attached to the main home. It has a separate entry, accessed from the shared carport. The unit consists of a bedroom, loungeroom, bathroom and combined laundry/kitchenette. Outside is a lovely yard space with a deck, lounge, undercover eating area and a swim spa - the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day touring or working in the area. Inclusions: Bedroom - Queen bed | King size doona/quilt | bedside tables | USB ports and iphone cords | wardrobe and hangers Loungeroom - 3 seaters couch with chaise | cushions and blankets | 65 inch Smart TV with Netflix account connected | convertible coffee table (pulls up to a comfortable height to eat at) | wardrobe containing ironing supplies, DVDs, magazines and books.
