Hamilton's is ideally situated on the foreshore at Emu Bay with unsurpassed ocean views. 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home comfortably sleeping 12 guests with all bed linen & towels supplied. Air-conditioner for heating & cooling on the main floor of the property. Hooded Gas BBQ. Outdoor table & chairs on the deck Fully equipped kitchen with family size fridge/freezer, microwave, oven & stove top. Playground across the road. Boat ramp for the fishing enthusiast. Safe swimming beach.

Neighborhood info

Emu Bay is a haven for dolphins, fairy penguins and pelicans and is a great base from which to explore Seal Bay, Flinders Chase National Park, Stokes Bay, American River, Penneshaw and surrounds. The beautiful Emu Bay beach is accessible by car on the hard sand and one of the most popular spots for swimming, water sports and beach walks. Emu Bay is just a 15 minute drive from Kangaroo Island's main township of Kingscote which offers a range of shops & services including - supermarket, takeaway food, hotels, restaurant, post office, ATM's, chemist, hospital, fuel outlets, laundromat, video store, tourist information, souvenirs and more. 50 metres to children's playground & public phone.
