Sitting alongside Hobart's waterfront, the historic Henry Jones Art Hotel offers luxurious rooms offering water or courtyard views. The hotel is set in a row of renovated 1820s warehouses and a former IXL jam factory. It offers a bar and features a variety of original artworks throughout the property. Henry Jones Art Hotel is located beside Victoria Dock, offering views of Mount Wellington and Fisherman's Wharf. It is 2 minutes' from Salamanca Place and Hobart CBD (Central Business District). Each of the air conditioned guest rooms offers a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. Each includes a private bathroom featuring European stainless steel fittings and glass and sandstone walls. Some bathrooms also offer a free-standing spa bath. The Henry Jones Art Hotel has a strict NO PARTY POLICY and you agree there is to be no excessive noise or disturbance of other guests.

Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodations at any time without any refund of your accommodations or bond.

Under Tasmanian law, The Henry Jones Art Hotel will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or destruction of your property except in very specific circumstances - see section 49A of the Civil Liability Act 2002 (Tas).

Your insurance may also cover loss, damage or destruction of your property.
