The age to stay in the following rooms is from 18 years to 35 years:

- Bed in 6-Bed Female Dormitory Room

- Bed in 6-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room

- Bed in 4-Bed Mixed Dormitory Room

All guests need to provide a valid passport at check-in.

Christmas & New Year Bookings:

• For all stays between 22 December and 9 January (inclusive), the full balance of your booking must be paid at the time of booking.

• Once your booking has been made, we’ll be in touch with instructions on how to complete payment. Payment can be made by credit card or pay by link.

• If we do not receive payment, or you do not respond to our payment request within 7 days of booking, your reservation may be cancelled.

• Any bookings that have not been paid in full by 1 December will be cancelled.

• Please note that any changes to your booking, including amendments to your dates or room type, must be made before 1 December. After this date, bookings cannot be amended.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
