A larger shopping centre with a supermarket is a quick drive or taxi ride away. This home away from home is comfort and convenience all rolled into one. The space This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house, set back on the block away from the street. There is a yard with a lawn and a seating area outside. The listing includes a full kitchen and a laundry with washing machine and a clothes line outside, PLEASE NOTE Guests will not have access to the garage during their stay. Guest access You have the whole house to yourself. There is a small yard with grass and a concrete driveway to park in. This house is set back from the road, behind another house, so has no street frontage, just a lovely private space. You will not have access to the garage during your stay. Other things to note Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. Strictly no pets. Whilst we are certain your furry friend is a very polite guest, we have severe allergies to animals, and can't have them stay in the house.

We are a husband and wife team with 2 kids who love to travel, take long weekends away and go on family camping trips. Lisa is originally from Calgary Canada, and Dan is Townsville born and bred. We believe that time and money are best spent on experiencing new places, eating good food, and making memories with your loved ones.

Neighbourhood highlights This is a peaceful family neighbourhood, and you are set well back from the road. Everything you need for your daily life is nearby. You'll get a suburban feel, while still being near the heart of Townsville. There is a beautiful playground with a barbecue and picnic table in the area. The train tracks are nearby and you can hear them occasionally, particularly in the cooler months when sound travels further. Getting around You can walk to the nearby shops, playground and the pub. The city, Queensland Country bank stadium and the award winning Strand beach are a very short drive, taxi or Uber ride away. There is a public bus available in the neighbourhood as well.
