Facilities, location and the host - Ralph. Fantastic continental breakfast, which is included in rate. Some nice service touches across the board.

Hunter's Hotel is a work in progress. Ralph bought it as a decrepit building and has restored it over time. Our room featured a beautiful new bathroom. We didn't meet Renate, but Ralph was a lovely host.
