Within walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and the tidal pool with glimpses of the sea, this property is in the heart of Kingscote providing the perfect base to experience the Island by day and relax by night. The property has recently undergone a full renovation while enhancing its quirky heritage charm with 2 bedrooms, separate sofa bed lounge and kitchen/dining areas. One street back from the Sea, a Bus stop to the Penneshaw ferry Service plus only walking distance to meeting points for day tours. Property features Include Split system Air-Conditioning Wifi and Netflix on a large flat screen TV Ensuite to main bedroom Full kitchen including microwave, oven, cook top, large fridge, kettle, toaster and Air-fryer Outdoor bbq area and fire drum for all season enjoyment
This property has been in the family for many generations and it is now our privilege to share this unique property with guests visiting Kangaroo Island
Only minutes walk to sandy beaches, coastal walking trail, restaurants, coffee shops and Drakes Supermarket along with other retail conveniences including gift shops and galleries there is no shortage of services when staying. Take a day tour to many of the Islands unique attractions via local transport options or self drive adventures this is the place to be.
