Kin Kin Cottage is surrounded by beautiful sub tropical gardens with the Moran Group Creek meandering past its verandah. We are on a very quiet road 10kms from the Kin Kin Township where you can access great breakfast, lunch and coffees from the fabulous Black Ant Gourmet Cafe. Kin Kin Cottage Retreat is a beautiful self contained cottage with covered wrap around verandahs. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens and is very private. The cottage is 20metres from our house and screened by a dense, beautiful garden.

Kin Kin Cottage Retreat is separated from the host's residence by a well established privacy garden. Ali and Mik are keen gardeners and spend a lot of their time working in the gardens. We love to spend our spare time in nature and always look forward to visiting the Noosa river everglades and our great Cootharaba lake systems. We also love to spend time walking or bike riding the Noosa Trail Networks which are only 1km from us.

Kin Kin Cottage is nestled in a gorgeous little valley in the Noosa Hinterland. It is a rural country setting which has a low population density. Kin Kin is renowned for its forests and rolling hills, and is in close proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. There is easy access to many diverse National Parks. The Noosa River which is great for kayaking, canoeing or swimming is 30 minutes away. Noosa Beach is 40 minutes drive away and Lake Cootharaba 15 minutes, which gives you access to the Noosa River and surrounding waterways. The Noosa Trail Network is 10 minutes walk away with cycling and walking tracks. We are part of the gateway to Rainbow Beach and Fraser Island which is an amazing sand island with fresh water lakes and white sand beaches. Noosa Heads is another specialty shopping experience with many great restaurants and cafes, and only 40 minutes away. We are 35 minutes drive from the famous Eumundi Markets which offers a great source of handcrafted local wares, art, crafts and food. They operate on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Kin Kin town is the home of the well known and much loved Black Ant Gourmet cafe which is open for breakfast and lunch and Friday nights offering wood fired pizzas and a full menu. Great food at a very reasonable price. Another gorgeous little village 20 minutes drive away is Pomona. There is a good market to access locally grown produce every Saturday morning. Pomona is also home to the best Gin Distillery and restaurant. It also offers a few great cafes and eateries. There is a large range of activities and interests too numerous to mention both coastal and in the hinterland. Choose your own adventure.
