Litora is the perfect base for exploring Hobart and beyond. The loft is located on the second storey of our home, found a short two-minute stroll to Bellerive Beach. The modern, recently-renovated self-contained apartment features a cosy wood-fired heater, a queen size bed, NBN-supported WiFi and a private balcony basking in natural sunlight through the day. Also, you will have access to off-street parking and a private entrance. You can check in yourself, or we can quickly meet and greet as we reside on the first level of the property. From Litora, it’s two minutes to the beach for views of the Derwent’s western shore and Mount Wellington – magnificent at any time, but particularly so in winter, snow-capped against a clear-blue Tasmanian sky. For provisions, Bellerive Village is five minutes stroll away! Transport options are numerous: close to Litora (Clarence Street), you can catch a bus to the Rosny Park exchange, leading you to the city, get the ferry from Bellerive Village, or use the Uber app to reach your destination. Lastly, we recommend renting a vehicle if you plan to travel around Tassie.

We are an easy-going, outdoorsy bunch of four that adores Tasmania and its surroundings! Also, we live on the ground floor of the premises (with our private entrance and separate from the loft), so if you require anything, such as assistance lighting up the fireplace, fret not, as we'll be close by to help! Things to do - all within easy reach of Litora: • Enjoy the beach by taking a morning walk or jog along it. During summer, sunbathe and swim in the water. In the late afternoon, take in the beautiful sunset over Mt. Wellington. • Sport: Cricket and AFL! Blundstone Arena is 10 minute walk away. • If you need to do some shopping for food, clothing, and other items, you can check out Eastlands Shopping Centre, which is only a 4-minute drive away. • Explore the popular Salamanca Markets on the western shore by crossing the picturesque Tasman Bridge. • Dining: Experience the world-renowned Tasmanian seafood at Mures on Victoria Dock, Franklin Wharf, located near the markets. • Art and History: Discover Tasmania's fascinating past at the Tasmanian Museum and Art Gallery, which houses a collection of colonial art. • Contemporary Art: If you prefer contemporary art, visit the Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) situated in the Moorilla winery on the Berriedale peninsula. Additionally, don't miss out on a winery tour and the cellar door at Moorilla. • For a breathtaking sightseeing experience, drive up to the pinnacle of Mt.
