Reconnect with nature at our little rural escape. We are central to all things you may wish to see in around Hervey Bay inc K'gari ( Fraser Island ), Maryborough and Bundaberg. Our Tiny home Little Sunshine is awaiting you to come & enjoy accommodation that is semi rural. 1 king bed, 1 double sofa bed, Bathroom, kitchen, & lounge area. The Tiny home has a fenced yard and your own entrance, ensuring your privacy and convenience, with room to bring your Boat/Caravan. We are a rural area but yet still close to Hervey Bay Shops less than 10 mins to Stocklands, 3mins drive to Fraser Coast Sports Precinct, 7mins to Hospitals and 12mins to Beaches and The Esplanade. With only a 3min drive to Fraser Coast Sports Precinct, 7mins to Hospitals, 10mins to shopping centers, 18mins to River Heads boat ramp to travel over to K'Gari (Fraser Island ) and less than 15mins to popular Beaches/cafes/westside water park / Urangan Pier and all other Hervey Bay attractions are within 15mins by car. There is separate fenced area for you and your family to keep you safe. PLEASE NOTE we do have a dam and sheep on our property this is why we have a designated large area fenced with dog fencing/wire for your safety. You will need to make sure your family stay within your fenced area; we do lock the gates between our yard and Tiny home yard for your own privacy and safety. You will require a car/motorbike for your transport as we are classed as a rural area (Uber and Taxis do service our area) PLEASE NOTE - as we are an acreage suburb you may hear Motorbikes, machinery, tractor/truck, animal noise e.g. Sheep, Dogs, Cows, Horses during your stay. There is 2x school buses that do go past only on school days between 7:15am - 7:30am and in afternoon approx. 4pm. (buses do not operate in QLD school holidays)

As your Hosts we do reside on the same property, which is a small hobby farm on 5 acres, our main home is 50+ meters away so rest assured you have your own space and privacy, we may or may not be around during your stay. You have your own gate and entrance to come and go as you please. Our little hobby farm has some pets including 1dog, 6 chooks, 3 sheep including 1 Ram and sometimes we have Little Lambie's.

We Love the serenity and wildlife surrounding us here, there is an abundance of Birdlife and some Farm animals too, you can enjoy the peacefulness, all this and only a short drive to the busy part's of Hervey Bay like shops, beaches, cafe's and restaurants. We feel truly blessed in our little paradise and we hope you come and enjoy a little bit of relaxed rural living feel with only a short drive to popular places around Hervey Bay awaiting you to explore.
