Welcome to Maison del Mar, a peaceful retreat within a landmark convict built Georgian building in sought-after Sandy Bay. Light-filled and beautifully styled, this elegant garden apartment offers privacy and comfort. The inviting living area flows into an open-plan kitchen, with French doors opening onto your own sun-filled courtyard garden — perfect for slow mornings, long lunches or an evening glass of wine. Gentle glimpses of the sea can be enjoyed from the garden and kitchen window, with the beach revealing itself as you arrive down the drive. The apartment features two bedrooms: a master with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with a queen and single bed. Best suited to four adults, it can accommodate up to five guests. A central bathroom and separate laundry complete the space. Guests enjoy exclusive courtyard use and one off-street car park. Nutgrove Beach is at the end of the drive, with coastal walks, cafés and Sandy Bay shops nearby. Hobart’s CBD is just a 10-minute drive away.

Neighborhood info

A desirable waterfront neighbourhood close to university, casino and CBD. There is a gourmet grocery across from property. And access to Nutgrove Beach is from our driveway.
