A peaceful and stylish Queenslander perfectly located for your winery explorations at the base of Mt Marlay. Just a 5 minute walk into town for coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Perfect for family holiday, group trip or romantic getaway, there are over 50 wineries on your doorstep throughout the Granite belt. The deck offers a spacious entertaining area with a large backyard or curl up with a book in front of the fireplace. It is as comfortable as your own home.
Active family who love to getaway from busy city life, whether it's the beach or a country retreat. We love our Stanthorpe Cottage like our own home and we hope you do too.
Our home is in a quiet residential street and we expect guests to respect surrounding neighbours and restrict any noise. Pubs and clubs in town are only a 5min walk away or if you're feeling more energetic there is the challenge of hiking up Mt Marlay. For those who enjoy nature, there is a lovely path that follows Quart Pot Creek for a leisurely stroll. The wineries are within several kilometres of the town with plenty of tourist bus tours available. We also have a driver we can recommend if you would like her contact details.
