The property is an Apartment under the main house, with views over the famous Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) and the river Derwent It is very spacious and and was refurbished in late 2024

It is a very quiet neighborhoodwhich borders onto bushland. We are on a quiet dead-end street with facilties close by
