'Orford Escape' has everything onsite to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Always very clean for guests - comfy lounges & quality bed mattresses and linen (optional). Plenty of board games a recent addition. Gas and wood fired BBQs are onsite with wood and gas provided. Inside the residence all cooking necessities are there, + blender and sandwich maker etc + all the utensils you require. Option of using wood heater inside or panel heaters. Everything works inside the residence and the kitchen block knives are kept sharp!
I am a Physical Education teacher who has been letting out my property for the past 21 years and I know what stayers expect when staying - cleanliness, communication and lawns cut! I enjoy the feedback from guests and really appreciate the repeat stayers.
Property has a private back yard and the surrounding neighbourhood is quiet and respectful. Local amenities are within easy walking distance (i.e. 400m) - park, beach, IGA supermarket, Post Office, Café, Restaurant + Hotel with good meals and usual amenities on offer etc. Local Darlington Winery has tastings as does the Spring Bay Distillery (Gin & Scotch). Beautiful Spring Beach is less than 3 kms away and of course you have the historic Maria Island only a 7km drive to the departing ferry in Triabunna - can camp on the island or take a day trip. World renowned Wineglass Bay at Coles Bay is an hour drive up the east coast highway and is a must visit.
