Offering sweeping ocean views from every room, this spacious 4-bedroom residence features high ceilings, premium bedding, a master with ensuite, and a second full bathroom. The open-plan living area flows to a large balcony with BBQ and bay views, complemented by a second lounge with TV and entertainment library. A fully equipped Smeg kitchen, hydronic heating, and split-system air conditioning ensure year-round comfort, along with a European laundry and lift access. Perfectly positioned within walking distance to shops, cafés, harbour, and beaches. Linen and towels provided (BYO beach towels). No pets permitted.
