Holiday by the beach then this house is for you. Less than a 1 minute walk to the beautiful white sand and crystal clear waters of Emu Bay beach and recreation reserve across the road. From here enjoy swimming, fishing or sharing local food and wine with family and friends on the deck. Pine View is a fully self contained house with all the comforts of home. Ideal location for the perfect getaway. Suitable for couples or a family with 2 bedrooms and a sleep out. Please note the 3rd bedroom (sleep out) is only accessible from the outside & doesn't have air-conditioning. Sleeping up to 6 people with 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Sit back and relax on the front deck after a day touring our beautiful Island. Property facilities include: reverse cycle air conditioning (excluding the sleep out), TV & DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with an oven, 2 fridge/freezers, convection microwave, BBQ, ample parking and all bed linen, pillows and bath towels. Please note you will need to bring shampoo, toothpaste and other toiletries with you.
