We typically approve all bookings within a short timeframe, keep an eye out for the confirmation email as it may end up in your junk folder. *GUEST NUMBERS AND BEDROOMS* If there are 2 guests, we allocate the master bed and close off the other two rooms. If there are 2 guests but you need an additional bed (one bed per guest), please book for 3 guests and let us know in the notes. If there are 3 guests, we allocate the master bed along with the double and close off the other room. If there are 3 guests but you need an additional bed (one bed per guest), please book for 4 people and let us know in the notes. Doing so ensures this accurately reflects the occupancy of the beds and covers associated cleaning costs. -- Welcome to our home on waters edge, located in central Orford on the banks of the Prosser River; just a short walk to nearby amenities. This is the perfect base camp for day trips to explore further up the coast or the ideal place for a relaxing holiday destination. 
The space sleeps up to six; the main bedroom with a king bed, subsequent rooms with a double bed and two singles. There are two bathrooms, separate toilet, laundry and fully functioning kitchen. Enjoy!

Orford is an idyllic seaside town and our home is situated centrally to make the most of everything Orford has to offer. The area is home to either long-term residents or those whom have shacks to escape city life. It is relatively quiet despite the hustle and bustle of the town centre, and there are a number of fun activities to do during your stay ranging from a day in the water; fishing, swimming, kayaking and walks along the beach to more land-bound activities such as bush walks, picnics at the park or a game of golf. There is plenty of easy parking in Orford and the best way to get around is by car although most local shops are within walking distance from your stay.
