Bright, modern studio beside the Hobart Rivulet, just 3 km from the city and 100 m from the World Heritage‑listed Female Factory. Private entrance, cosy loft bedroom, fully equipped kitchenette, all brand‑new furnishings and fixtures throughout, and an outdoor space overlooking the Freuhauf Climbing Wall. Perfect location to enjoy Dark Mofo coming up!
