The villa also features two bathrooms, a fully functional kitchen, laundry facilities, on-site parking for up to two cars and added storage for convenience. A private courtyard features comfortable outdoor seating and BBQ facilities, making it ideal for easy alfresco dining and relaxed evenings outdoors. Centrally located, you’re close to pristine beaches, golf courses, vineyards, and gourmet dining. Just 15 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania ferry, it’s an easy base for exploring the region while enjoying modern, comfortable accommodation in a spacious, well-equipped home. Whether relaxing on the sand, exploring local wineries, or venturing further afield, The Workshop Villa provides everything you need for a memorable stay. Please note that we also service the villa next door - The Spa Villa which sleeps up to 8 people.
