It features level access and two storey windows with a mezzanine bedroom looking over Hobart CBD. Situated in Hobart's trendy 'west-end' with with cafes, restaurants and entertainment close by. Hanging Gardens is a stones throw away and the famous Salamanca only a few blocks. Nova Holistic Spa is onsite offering massage, alternative treatments and a relaxing and therapeutic outdoor thermal bathhouse featuring infrared sauna, magnesium spa and ice bath. It is owned and operated independently from Hobart CBD Retreats and is available by paid reservation. Sonos Play 5 and Era 100 Sound systems. Sublime 7 star Beautyrest Signature V mattress. Complimentary Netflix. Outdoor BBQ with sun lounges. Free off-street parking (subject to availability). Kitchen with hotplates and microwave. Smeg appliances. AEG washing machine and dryer.
