Sandalmere Cottage was once a Black Smiths Cottage and is set in very pretty natural bush land. Because of the natural bush land there are many birds around the cottage and kangaroos often come onto the lawn. NO CLOSE NEIGHBOURS, Come and breath some fresh air. A great property for those who like bush walking and nature. This lovely old cottage was built in the early 1900's and it is cosy and comfortable with 2 main bedrooms plus a pull out sofa bed. Please let us know if this is needed. With separate lounge and open plan fully equipped kitchen it is the perfect place to get away and recharge your batteries. Out door settings and BBQ make for a great holiday experience with the River Murray only 5 minutes away. BOND MAY APPLY
My husband and I have a broad acre farming property and Sandalmere Cottage is approx 6 ks from our homestead. We love to welcome guests to this lovely natural property.
The cottage is only 8 minutes from Morgan where you can have pub meals either in the Terminus or the Commercial Hotels. There is an IGA in Morgan plus 2 museums and cafes. Waikerie is around 20 mins from the Cottage and has 2 large super markets and shops and cafes and Hotel and Club. Waikerie golf club is around 10 minutes away. Cadell club just down the road from Sandalmere does meals on a Friday and Saturday night. Banrock Station and the Overland Corner Hotel are a must. A great place to explore the Riverland from.
