Seagoe Homestead is a large, turn of the century, self contained, country homestead 'Queenslander' quietly and privately located on the outskirts of Stanthorpe, on Queensland's Granite Belt. Seagoe is ideal for 2 small families, 1 large family, or up to 3-4 couples. Seagoe Homestead lies on a 15 private acres and is a relaxed 7 minute drive to the coffee shops, gift shops and restaurants of Stanthorpe. Access is convenient to the New England Highway with the best Granite Belt wineries between 10 minutes and 25 minutes drive.
Seagoe Homestead has been enjoyed for guest stays for over 10 years. We welcome you and intend it to be your home away from home.
The Granite Belt!! Stretching 60kms from north to south and roughly half as wide, the Granite Belt is small but diverse. Dotted along the New England Highway are our villages and hamlets, with Stanthorpe, the main central town. Through the region, country lanes wind through vineyards, orchards and the namesake granite boulders which dot the landscape like crazy marbles. Village life in the Granite Belt is everything you imagined - friendly, quiet and cute. Each village and hamlet has its own style - take the time to explore them.
