The property is newly built and was completed at the end of 2022. A two bedroom house, including one ensuite, and a guest/disable assess bathroom. It overlooks the hills, water and vineyard. The property has a large undercover outdoor space for entertaining and BBQ. It features a high ceiling and a modern kitchen with a fridge, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, plates, cups and cutlery. The 2 bedrooms are set up with a queen bed and a King bed or can be separated into 2 long singles, with an additional two trundles. Comfortable for 4-6 people. Guest counts exceeding 4 will be subjected to additional charge per person per night. The 3 bedrooms are set up with a queen bed, two singles and a King bed or can be separated into 2 long singles, with an additional two trundles. Comfortable for 6-8people. Guest counts exceeding 6 will be subjected to additional charge per person per night.

Guests can drive through and park in front of the accomodation. Guests can walk in the vineyard but not the rows between vines. It is recommend to wear closed shoes. Guests can access to the Cudgegong River at the back of the vineyard; fishing is possible.
