Spectacular wooden 3 bedroom house on 45 acres, situated 3 minutes drive from the main road up the Snug valley and 7 minutes from the Bruny Island ferry. A dream entertaining house with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas opening up to the BBQ deck. Very private with only the sounds of birds and hopping of wallabies to listen to. Exquisite views down Snug valley and out to Bruny Island and the iconic Iron Pot. Explore the 35 acres of forest, trace the creek on the property or take a 5 minute drive to Snug Falls.

Born and raised on the northern beaches of Sydney, as are my 2 sons currently. Professional Sailor. Like anything to do with water, golf and skiing. I have a Thai partner who is an amazing cook (menu available) and cleaner. We love living with her twin daughters here in our dream house in Snug. We shouldn’t be far away to answer any questions and help if needed.

Snug has a fabulous butcher, tavern, IGA, general store, petrol station, pharmacy and cafe all with 3 minutes drive. Snug Falls is a tourist attraction only 5 minutes away and the ferry to Bruny Island is a 7 minute drive. Snug Tiers Road to the property is opposite the general store. Car is your best mode of transport. We have a 7 seater car (Mitsubishi Outlander) for rent. Enquire about our very competitive rates.
