StableBASE is a completely private wing of our home, purpose-built in 2015 as holiday accommodation. Designed with sustainability in mind, the property achieved an impressive 7.8-star energy rating, well above the standard. Eco-friendly features include rainwater harvesting, solar photovoltaic panels, battery storage and highly efficient hot water systems. Set on beautifully replanted land, the surrounding hill has been revegetated to encourage native wildlife and birds. Guests are welcome to enjoy our chickens and property during their stay. The accommodation offers two comfortable bedrooms: • Master Bedroom: Queen bed with ensuite • Second Bedroom: Two king singles with ensuite (fully disabled-compliant) Please note: The second bedroom is available at an additional cost & is only opened when booked for 3 or 4 guests. If there are 2 of you & you like comfort, simply book for 3 & we’ll make it ready. The main living area combines lounge, dining, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. French doors open from the living space onto a sunny deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Who lives here – Sam and Tom with our dog Anzac, horses Leo & Buddy, & our friendly chickens. We live on 6 acres close to Albany’s amazing beaches & trails. Tom emigrated from the UK 15 years ago, is an architect with H&H Architects & a mad surfer. Sam is a local girl & keen horse rider. We love Albany - it’s vibrant arty community and are looking forward to sharing our local tips and what Albany has to offer with you.

Robinson is on the door step of Albany but far enough away to feel like you're right in the country. Its a beautiful suburb with lots of horses small laneways and trees. Close by is the Albany wind farm, Torndirup National park with the Gap and Natural bridge, Princess Royal Harbour and Frenchmans bay.
