Listed price is for the Main house 4 Guests (King and two singles). We also have a guesthouse (additional 4 Guests (Queen and bunk, bath/half kitchen) is extra. Stokes Bay, Kangaroo Island ranked #1 Beach in Australia (2023 - official Australian Tourism) and 2nd best beach in the world. This large, remote property is 4-minutes from Stokes Bay with 800m of private coastal frontage, beautiful ocean views, walking trials, and abundant Kangaroos, wallabies, birds, etc. 4WD recommended - not critical

Neighborhood info

You will find a great variety of native animals in the scrub located around the house, including the short-beaked echidna, tammar wallaby, brushtail possum, southern brown bandicoot and Kangaroo Island kangaroo to name a few. You are practically staying in your own conservation park, with a wide walk path from the house to the coast, and smaller hidden wallaby paths through the forrest/shrub. The local honey is exceptional.The wineries and KI Spirits are world class. Top golf course coming in 2026.
