STRAW HOUSE FARM B&B is a unique style of accommodation. You have different accommodation styles to choose from. The Straw House Farm is set on 20 acres which you are welcome to explore. Take a bottle of wine, a cheese platter and something to sizzle on the fire pit or on the BBQ and make a night of it. Watch the animals play and enjoy the spectacular stars. Adore an alpaca, or kiss a goat (which one will you choose). This is a genuine farm experience. If you would like to bring ONE pup with you get in touch BEFORE you book and tell us a little about your fury friend. A cost per stay applies and is payable on arrival. There really is so much to see and do, and if you are a winemakers friend, then the areas 50 cellar doors will not disappoint. There are also some spectacular places to eat. If you are new to Stanthorpe we can help you plan your stay. NOTE The Tiny house is not at the Straw House Farm it is about 2 minutes away on a pretty farm with the same setting as the Straw House Farm. Feel free to send us a message for more information. Otherwise we will be in touch when you book.
There is also much to do outside the gates of the Straw House. We are just a few minutes from not only some of the region’s best wineries, (favourites include Heritage Estate and The Summit) but also a stones throw from the Maze, Law Dogs, The Christmas Farm, Stanthorpe Cheese and Sutton’s Juice Factory, Cidery and Café with their award-winning products and the best cake, coffee, hot chocolate and apple pie around. Travel through Stanthorpe for more wineries and specialty establishments (visit our friends at some wonderful wineries including Pyramid, Symphony Hill, Jester Hill, Balancing Heart, and Twisted Gum. If you desire walk it all off at one of the region's famous national parks which include Girraween, Bald Rock and Sundowner.
