Hi and welcome to our first BNB offering - Studio Marine 4. We are Mark & Tracey Ferdinands and we own and operate Cinderella’s Services Pty Ltd. Cinderella’s is a commercial cleaning company and specialises in providing commercial cleaning and commercial housekeeping services to some of Australia’s largest hotel chains. Some of our clients include one of Australia’s largest hotel groups - ALH (Australian Leisure & Hospitality), Sofitel and Duke Group of Companies. We originally purchased our first apartment in Port Lincoln as a place for our family to stay when we were attending to business in the town. It made sense to extend the opportunity to BNB guests when we weren’t using it. We are super excited to be providing BNB stays to you and hope your time spent in our care is a restful and enjoyable one.
