SUNSEEKER is a charming whitewashed townhouse in the peaceful Noosa Waters neighbourhood, right on the river’s edge. Tucked away from the bustle of Gibson Road in Noosaville, and just off Thomas Street, you’re a short 5-minute stroll from the Noosa River (Gympie Terrace), with water sports, boating, fishing, cafés, and restaurants nearby. Relax on the rear deck and enjoy the gentle river ripples at sunrise or sunset. Inside, the lounge and dining areas flow seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen and out to a tranquil alfresco space, featuring a lower deck above the water and a private courtyard with an electric BBQ and outdoor dining. The townhouse offers three bedrooms, all with brand-new mattresses. The downstairs Master King Suite has a private ensuite and courtyard access. Upstairs, two light-filled Queen bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The living area includes a new Sony flat-screen TV for your entertainment. Additional features include an internal laundry with washing machine, covered parking for one car, and street parking for extra vehicles. Linen and bath towels are provided, along with a starter kit of essentials. Please bring your own beach towels. Check-in from 2:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am. Please note: The jetty is not accessible and cannot be used for boating or mooring.
