Welcome to our Sunshine Apartment in Austins Ferry. Occupying the top floor by the owners, this outstanding property is now available to those seeking unique accommodation whilst in Hobart. Positioned only 20 minutes away from the CBD and decked out to comfortably accommodate four guests. The entrance is through the bottom door, followed by hallway to the rooms. Guest will have their own car park in front of their personal entrance as well as street parking.

We always try to greet you on your arrival and be available in person to answer your queries during your stay. Farewell on departure, when possible. We are friendly working couple and love to meet and get to know people from other places.

Attractions around Austins Ferry Austins ferry's name is after James Austin and his original cottage is preserved as a tourist attraction. The museum of Old and New Art (MONA) is 8 minutes away. MONA hosts the annual outdoor MONA FOMA music festival in summer, and its wintertime counterpart is Dark MOFO. Mount Field national Park is 1 hour away from the location for the people who love to have a look around wild life sanctuary, Hiking and Rain Fall. Goulds Lagoon Sanctuary is 1 km away. Stefano Lubiana Winery for the people who like to enjoy wine tasting. Our neighbourhood also offer the facility to enjoy eating out at Chinese restaurants, local pubs, Banjo café, Bakery, Pizza joints and access to supermarket. The bus stop is a minute walk away from the sunshine apartment which will take you to MONA, Hobart CBD, Salamanca place and other eating joint / Pubs.
