Immerse yourself in the rich atmosphere created by family heirlooms, period furniture, art works and sensitive interior design. Once an old hotel now full restored and rejuvenated Islay House is set in gracious gardens and offers comfy shared spaces, relaxing views, open fires, books, games, instruments and music - a place to truely relax and rejuvenate. Please be aware Red Room is on the first floor and is reached by a steep historic staircase. Mobility is required and we offer to take your luggage upstairs. We serve an continental breakfast in the dining room inluded in your stay. Located just five minutes walk from the heart of Woodend Islay House offers the perfect retreat blending charm, convenience and character.
