The Anchorage Waterfront Retreat is your perfect self-contained Huon Valley accommodation, located on the bank of the iconic Huon River with stunning panoramic views. Accommodation at the Anchorage is available as 1 bedroom (for 2 guests) OR 2 bedrooms (for 3-4 guests) Bedroom 1 and 2 both have king size beds. For a party of 2 single guests requiring the use of both bedrooms, please book as 3 guests for the second bedroom to be made available. The Anchorage has everything you could ever need. The upstairs area features open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen with pantry staples and coffee pod machine, spacious lounge, dining area, spacious master bedroom, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry and outside deck. The second bedroom and bathroom is located downstairs overlooking the pool and Huon River. For young children a cot or rollaway bed can be available in the parents master bedroom. Please advise children's age when booking. You can take a dip in the solar heated pool and relax in the sauna. You can wander down to the water's edge and be enchanted by the surrounding views. You may also spot dolphins and seals venturing to this area of the river. The tranquillity of the Huon River can be enjoyed at any time of the year and the Anchorage offers a unique opportunity to stay in total comfort right on the river's edge surrounded by nature in the beautiful Huon Valley. The Anchorage Retreat has a private entrance separate from the owners residence and your privacy is assured.
