Property info

The Bon Accord Hotel Coach House was built in 1875 and been fully restored finishing in 2025. Originally used to stable hotel customer’s horses and as a terminus for horse and coach passenger service. After 150 years it was in sore need of repair. The stone building was rebuilt and repointed making it a very comfortable living area with the extension adding kitchen, bathroom and toilets. A loft or mezzanine floor leads out to a balcony with the extension having a generous decking. Housing two bedrooms, two toilets, kitchen, lounge dining and bathroom it is suitable for short or long term accomodation.
