The Sanctuary is one of three separate adults-only stays by Bayside Glamping, alongside a Tiny House and Glamping Tent — each located at a different address in Marion Bay.
Hi, I’m Tiff—founder of Bayside Glamping.
I grew up in Marion Bay and created these adults-only retreats to offer couples a more thoughtful, private way to experience the Yorke Peninsula. The Sanctuary, along with our Tiny House and Glamping Tent, has been built with the help of my partner Luke and my dad, using a mix of new and reclaimed materials.
We respect your privacy during your stay, but are always nearby if needed and happy to share local tips.
We hope you leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and a little more connected—to nature, and to each other.
The Sanctuary is set in Marion Bay, a quiet coastal pocket of South Australia’s Yorke Peninsula, where wide open spaces, turquoise waters, and a slower pace create an effortless sense of escape.
Just minutes away lies the breathtaking Dhilba Guuranda–Innes National Park—a rugged stretch of coastline known for its pristine beaches, dramatic cliffs, and native wildlife. It’s the kind of place you can spend the day exploring, before returning to the comfort and seclusion of your private retreat.
Closer to town, you’ll find the Marion Bay jetty, a small general store, and the local tavern, while the surrounding beaches offer space to swim, walk, and unwind without the crowds.
It’s a setting that invites you to slow down, take in the ocean air, and experience the Yorke Peninsula at its most relaxed and naturally beautiful.
