The open-plan living area invites you to relax after a day exploring Hobart, with a comfortable two-seater sofa centred around a wood-burning fireplace for cosy evenings during the cooler months. Split-system heating and cooling keep the space comfortable year-round. The fully equipped kitchen blends warm timber finishes with contemporary styling, creating an inviting space for preparing meals. Share breakfast or a relaxed dinner at the dining table for four, then extend your evening outdoors with a BBQ on the elevated deck or drinks around the fire pit in the private courtyard. Upstairs, the lofted bedroom embraces the home's airy design and elevated position, offering views across the River Derwent and the tree-lined streets of Sandy Bay. Open the Juliet balcony to let the fresh breeze drift through before settling into the queen-sized bed for a restful night's sleep. A sofa bed can be prepared on request for an additional fee, providing an additional sleeping area for one guest. Downstairs, the bathroom features a walk-in shower, while the in-unit laundry adds extra convenience for longer stays. Firewood for the wood-burning fireplace is provided during winter months. If you wish to enjoy the fireplace outside this period, please purchase firewood before arriving. Please note that the shed located near the fire pit is not accessible to guests.
