The two bedroomed Treehouse is elevated with a private verandah, perfect for entertaining, which attracts kookaburras and other birds. Recently renovated, the property boasts a modern, stylish bathroom and a full sized kitchen. Stroll home from Alma Bay Beach and enjoy a hot outdoor shower amongst the tropical foliage. Discover true relaxation and immerse yourself in nature with a weekend or week retreat to unwind and soak up the beauty of tropical Magnetic Island. A boutique, nature-based retreat without air-conditioning. Designed for breezes, with screened windows (11/12 - as of Jan 2026 one screen is out for maintenance), ceiling fans, and a wet-season creek below for a peaceful tropical experience.

Arcadia is home to two beaches, the closest being the popular Alma Bay Beach, one of Queensland’s top 10 beaches. With its playground, patrolled beach, and limited number of stingers (according to Arcadian Life Saving Club President, Paul Demopoulos) it is a popular choice with locals and visitors alike. Head across the road for an ice cream or stock up on beach supplies at the newsagents. Popular cafes, restaurants, gourmet corner shop, petrol station and hotel are all within easy walking distance.
