Ideally located 5 mins to International Airport, Bottom of the Perth Hills, 5 mins to National Parks areas, Kalamunda 5 min away, 10 mins to all major shops at the Midland area. Wineries within 15 mins -Bickley valley & Swan Valley. Local Tavern, fast food and supermarket 5 mins away. Walking distance to local golf course, close to ring roads for easy access to Perth (15km)
