Civilex Constructions P/L has been established since 1987 and from 2018 it has been involved in property management on Kangaroo Island. Colin Hogan is our Property Manager for our two properties.

Property info

This property is ideally situated close to Penneshaw amenities. As we are on an island, we recommend guests take out travel insurance to cover any unexpected costs that may arise. Please do not place foreign/menstrual items, grease or sand in our septic system. If guests do not wish to share beds and require additional bedrooms/bathrooms, this will incur extra costs due to linen/cleaning. Please discuss and confirm your requirements with host prior to arrival. Laundry facilities are available for stays 3 days or longer (or by arrangement).
