A stylish generous place to stay with beautiful, landscaped gardens. Explore wineries, premium golf courses, beaches, Southern and East coast regions with ease. Airport 5 minutes drive, Hobart City and historic Richmond 15 minutes drive. Offering airport transfers for a small fee and free parking for larger vehicles with washing and cleaning facilities making rental returns easy. If you have an early morning flight or late arrival Twelve 30 is a lovely start or finish to your Tasmanian adventure!
We are keen travellers enjoying the great outdoors either at home or overseas. Cycling is our preferred method of transport our longest trip was the Orient Express with TDA Global Cycling starting in Paris and ending in Istanbul 8 weeks .... crazy but incredible. Swimming is another passion both pool and open water. If your keen for a dip let me know every Friday morning at Seven Mile Beach a small pod takes to the brisk Tasmanian water! We reside on the property in a separate dwelling and if you need anything or would like any information we are close by and happy to meet you.
On 5 acres in a quiet rural/residential suburb of Hobart 5 minutes' drive to the Hobart Airport and 10-15 minutes to the city and Historic Richmond. Surrounded by premium golf courses including the new Seven Mile Beach, Tasmania, Royal Hobart, Richmond and Llanherne, beaches and wineries and perfect for day trips to Port Arthur, Huonville, Bruny Island, Cygnet, East Coast, New Norfolk to name a few. The Grocer is a short 100m walking distance providing local Tasmanian produce and coffee and food. Plenty of free parking including a large single garage and can cater for larger vehicles including RVs and trailers. situated on the Tangara Trail which offers a 250klms of walking and bike paths/trails. 3 minutes drive to Seven Mile Beach Area. 5 minute drive to the Meehan Range for walking and mountain biking. 2 minutes drive or 30 minute walk to the Cambridge Homemaker Centre. Bus stop is located 200m from the property servicing Hobart City and suburbs. Airport pick up and drop of can be arranged on request for a small cost.
