Free parking for up to 1 vehicle per apartment is available. Twin Quays Noosa is a short stroll to many riverside cafés, fine dining restaurants, and shops at the Noosa Village Shopping Center. There are spacious and fully-contained 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The studios are one room and not as large as the one-bedroom apartments. The studios have a microwave and bar fridge and are located at the back of the building. All units include a balcony. Guests can enjoy water activities on the Noosa River such as sailing, fishing, swimming, boating, kayaking, kite boarding, jet skiing, canoeing and river cruises. Twin Quays Noosa Apartments is only 2.2 mi from Noosa's main beach and famous Hastings Street. This is a nice flat 50min walk or you can catch a local bus or Ferry. The nearby Noosaville riverside park also offers barbecue areas and covered outdoor dining areas as well as children’s playgrounds. During the weekends out the front of the Boathouse they have live music, its always a hype of activity along the river, just a really great location and vibe especially with Noosaville now having some great new restaurants, cafe's and bars.

Studio Apartments, One Bedroom Apartments & Two Bedroom Apartments in a relaxing, tropical setting. Studio Apartments are located to the back of the complex, with One and Two Bedrooms all to the front of the complex with a Garden and some having Pool Views, as we are a side street we don't capture any water views. Our undercover carpark is our Ground Floor, then all of our Apartments are on the first floor and second floor which are accessed by stairs, we do not have a lift and unfortunately, our Apartments are not Wheelchair Friendly. We are a non-smoking and non-vaping resort meaning it is prohibited you will have to leave our premises and walk down the road if you choose to smoke or vape, thank you for understanding. Set just off Noosaville’s Gympie Terrace and all the beautiful Noosa River foreshore has to offer. Balconies to all rooms, the 1 & 2-bed apartments have full kitchen and laundry facilities. Our Studios have a microwave, bar fridge with plates, cups, cutlery, they do not have any laundry facilities and we do not have an onsite laundry, we do recommend if you are staying more than 3 nights that a 1 bedroom would be more suitable as you will be able to cook and do your laundry. Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioning which can also be Heating, ceiling fans, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Take a dip in the sparkling heated pool. Beach towels are available for hire at a cost just ask at the office. All rooms come with a complimentary starter amenities pack for 1 night only. Woolworths is just down the road if you need to pick up extras, as is Dan Murphys, all walking distance. We are a quiet resort and a quiet location just off Gympie Terrace which is the Noosa River, only a 2-minute walk. Also, Gympie Terrace is a hype of activity with all the fabulous restaurants and cafes.

Twin Quays is located in Noosaville, 30 minutes by car from The Sunshine Coast Airport and 90 minutes from Brisbane International Airport. Only 3.5klms from Noosa Heads and the famous Hastings Street, and 100m from Noosa River foreshore with its many café and restaurant options to suit all tastes. Twin Quays offers a great base for your Sunshine Coast visit. If you are here on a Sunday morning get an early start to visit the nearby Noosa Farmers Market to stock up on some fresh local, natural produce. A short drive away and you can experience the famous Eumundi Markets, Australia’s premier artisan markets on Wednesday and Saturdays.
