Valley Retreat is a comfortable 3 bedroom home set amongst gumtrees in a spacious rural setting. A great place for family and friends to gather and enjoy the peace and serenity of this beautiful part of the Clare Valley. Congregate around the outdoor fire with a fine wine, sit back and watch the kangaroos and birdlife that frequent the property or visit one of the many award winning wineries and restaurants that are on our doorstep.
We welcome our visitors and hope that they enjoy this beautiful part of the world as much as we do.
Valley Retreat is located in the picturesque Polish Hill River area of the Clare Valley wine region. We are a short drive of 3.4km to Pikes Wines & Brewery and award winning Slate Restaurant. 3.8km to Paulett Wines and Bush Devine Restaurant (home of the best Riesling in the world and award winning food). The historic town of Mintaro is just 5.2km away, why not visit the Magpie & Stump Hotel, Matriarch & Rogue Wines and Reillys Wines Cellar Door & Restaurant. The 19th Century country mansion, Martindale Hall is 3km from Mintaro. The larger town of Clare is just 13km away.
