The home encourages you to slow down, disconnect from the world while you reconnect with your loved ones, making memories to last a lifetime. Offering 3 separate bedrooms, a central living area as well as expansive water views from the sunroom entertaining room, with the firepit outside. We are located within an hour from MONA and Hobart, only 25 minutes of Cygnet and from Bruny island ferry. VeraLuna offers an open plan living space, combining the kitchen and lounge areas as the central living area. This boasts two comfy, stylish couches to relax in front of the Smart TV. The kitchen has an oven, stove top, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a pantry stocks with the essentials to assist with your in-home dining. The dining room table is located in the Entertaining area. This spacious area is nicely divided into three sections - The Dining Table which seats 6 people, 2 arm chairs placed in front of the wood heater, and a cosy seating area over looking the backyard and Verona Sands ocean. In this entertaining area, you will find a selection of wine/cocktail glasses/platters/serving bowls in the English Oak cabinet. The home is kept comfortable by the Reverse Cycle Air-conditioning in the central living area, and the wood heater in the dining area keeps you toasty in winter and the cooler nights. The three bedrooms allow 6 to sleep comfortably, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and the 2 single bed which share a room. The beds are kept comfortable and stylish with the high quality linens which allow for a restful slumber. Outside of entertaining area, are stairs which lead down to the fenced yard which offers a fire pit area, grassed space and festoon globes to light up your evenings around the fire. The view from the home overlooks the Verona Sands ocean and surrounding mountains.
