Private scenic setting, with lawn and garden surrounding the home. 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 2 singles, views from each room of countryside or garden. Two bathrooms. 40 acres of vineyard and big gums, swimming pool. High ceilings, modern laundry appliances, designated study, spacious living, kitchen, dining area and two lounge areas. Stone bench tops, dishwasher and Bosch appliances. Ducted RC/AC in all rooms. 2 security cameras in car park area. Linen and towels provided. Ideal for 2 -8 guests.
If you see us working in vineyard please and say hi - happy to chat about the property/vineyard walk/wine/tour suggestions etc Access to rear shed and front sheds is occasionally required for vineyard work purposes.
Several wineries and cellar doors within 5km. Clare Valley Wilderness Trail hiking 200m from home. Hotel and Cafe 900m walk. Bike hire and Riesling trail 1.2 km. Clare township and shopping 7 km drive. Sevenhill area is scenic farming area with vineyards, grazing livestock, kangaroos and birdlife.
