We are located at a walking distance from the most amazing beach of Aruba. You will enjoy the white sand and turquoise sea. Just grab your book, beach chair and cooler and walk to the fun. Then walk back to sit and relax at our great garden and pool. Get the BBQ done in our Caribbean weather. We will give you all tips and arubian secrets. This is a 2 floors apartment. To avoid miss understating here Info and home rules: keep open communication for any issue. Internet is shared by the condo, it reaches the house, but depends on devices quality reception. Hot Water faucet runs in opposite way than US, must wait 1-2 mins for hot water, keep right mix cold/hot water. Keep windows and doors closed to cool rooms and avoid water condensation. When leaving the place or rooms turn aircos off or changing temp to 27 Celsius, save the planet. Keep noise down after 10:00 pm. No life saver at pool. Eating in bedrooms is forbidden, will bring ants. There are harmless sugar ants when rains. In some seasons could be mosquitoes. It is possible to find iguanas, lizards or leached pets at the patio. Ask for spare keys. USD 50 daily charge for extra guest non booked. Early checking late check-out extra when possible. New Furniture differs photos. Condominium rules applies with possible fines. Aruba does not have large drain systems, so no paper, plastic, or sanitary deposals on the toilet, only at trash can.

As in out native tongue, Bon Bini! (welcome). We are very happy that our guest decide to visit our beautiful peaceful island. We are a couple who love traveling around and meet people. Trying to do our best for our guests. If you are into water sport just let me know in advance, specially when you are a kite surfer! Enjoy your stay and bare in mind we run a property and we are not experienced hotel managers, we will glad to assist you at any problem, please keep open communication.

We are located between downtown and High Rise Hotel, therefore you can ride in less than 10 minutes there, best strategic location. We are surrounded by all attractions, walking distance to best restaurants, bars, casinos, spa and of coarse the beach. Largest supermarket are at 5 minutes drive away. neighborhood is very quite. However, this is a city where city noise might exist, and constructions or repairs in the surroundings during legal working hours are possible.
