My apartment is located in Matadera 5H, a very quiet and relaxing area in Noord, the property is completely independent and fenced with parking. 1 Bedroom with big wardrobe 1 bathroom Well equipped kitchen mini wardrobe Patio with table chair and sofa laundry area external to apartment Lucas is a 36 mq apartment with a 1 bedroom with big wardrobe, kitchen, bathroom and a wall cabinet for suitcases. The apartment has an independent entrance, absolute privacy.
I have been living on the island of Aruba for several years. I moved here from Italy at first for work reasons, but then I found it good and decided to settle here with my wife and start a family. The climate in the first place, the welcoming people, the possibility of speaking many languages, have made me see the future from a different perspective and consequently realise long-term plans. available in case of problems or questions, maximum privacy for the customer.
Very quiet and residential neighborhood, (but very central), all the services available in the area of 200mt reachable on foot and; bike (Laundry, supermarkets, brico, gas station, barber, atm, pharmacy, police, bus stop). Just 3.5 km north you reach the hotel area and the beaches, the same distance south you will find the city oranjestad. Connections to the airport are by taxi and bus each hour. Within a radius of 250 mt you will find all the necessary services.
