Quiet residential home, located on cul-de-sac, only 5 drive mins (or 15 mins walk) from Nikki Beach and the airport. Includes many modern amenities, including fully air conditioned, garage for private parking, all new and modern appliances, Italian porcelain floors, beautiful double mahogany entry doors, TV, cable and excellent Wifi, vaulted ceilings and fans and front and back covered porches, lounge chairs, beach chairs, hammocks, snorkeling gear and beach towels and much more included. Includes tropical landscaping with palm trees, fruit trees and flowers. Car available for rent.
Liz is an Adopted Arubian for the last 20+ years. She speaks English, Spanish, some Dutch and Papiamento. She knows all the best hidden gems on the island, and is happy to share recommendations on the best restaurants and things to do in Aruba and the surrounding area. She's available 24/7 via WhatsApp if you have any questions.
There are two mini-markets within 5 mins walk where you can find a wide range of groceries. There are several beaches within 10mins drive including Baby Beach, Rogers Beach, Mangel Halto, Eagle Beach(top 10 best world beach), and Boca Catalina (best snorkel spot).
