The chalet is perfectly positioned between two of the region’s most beloved hiking destinations, rich with well-marked trails and spectacular viewpoints. From here, you can explore peaks such as Veliki Vilinac (2,118 m), Trostruki Kuk, Dvostruki Kuk, Mali Vilinac, Lomivrat, and Mala Ostrovača. Don’t miss the famous Hajdučka Vrata, a natural stone arch with dramatic views, or climb Pločno, Čvrsnica’s highest peak at 2,228 m. On Mount Vran, hikers can enjoy Veliki Vran (2,047 m), as well as Idovac and Mali Vran. Blidinje Nature Park is also home to a ski resort with slopes and two ski lifts covering 30,000 m². Perfect for beginners and children, the ski slopes are just 9.4 km from the chalet. Nearby cultural, historical, and natural landmarks make this area truly special: visit the Church of St. Elijah and the Masna Luka Monastery Complex, the legendary tomb of Diva Grabovčeva at Kedžara, the Cave of Mijat Tomić, and the medieval stećci necropolis at Dugo Polje, among others.
