Za probrane ukuse i ljude sa stilom spremljen je Apartman,, Sava Lux" Smješten je u najljepšem djelu grada naselju Urije 100 metara od trgovačkog centra Tropik, put za bolnicu. Okružen je restoranima, trgovinama, kafićima, frizerskim salonima, zubarskim radnjama banke, može da primi od 1do 4 gost za spavanje. Dozvoljene su manje Žurke djeca svih uzrasta i kućni ljubimci. Opremljen je peškirima sanitarijama, pegla, fen i ostalo.
